Acceptance and eligibility

• By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Cancellation Policy, Returns & Warranty Policy and Refund Policy.
• You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a contract. If you order for another person or organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.
• Business, dealer and bulk orders may also be governed by a written quotation or commercial agreement.

Products and availability

• We sell LED lighting, LED and smart televisions, accessories and related electronics. Product colours, packaging and minor specifications may vary by batch without reducing the stated core function.
• Availability, offers and delivery estimates can change until an order is accepted. We may limit quantities, correct listing errors or cancel an unavailable item and issue a refund.
• Customers must check dimensions, voltage, wattage, fitting type, screen size, connectivity and other specifications before ordering.

Prices, payments and GST

• Displayed prices are in Indian rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery, installation or special handling charges are shown before payment.
• Payments must use an approved checkout method. Never share an OTP, CVV, UPI PIN, banking password or account password with anyone claiming to represent us.
• GST invoices are issued using the details supplied before invoice generation. Incorrect GST information may not be changeable after dispatch.

Orders and confirmation

• An order acknowledgement does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when payment is verified and we confirm processing or dispatch.
• We may contact you to verify a high-value order, delivery address, payment risk or bulk requirement.
• If a pricing, stock, tax or technical error affects an order, we may offer the corrected order or cancel and refund the affected amount.

Delivery, installation and inspection

• Delivery depends on serviceability, carrier capacity and product size. Large televisions may require scheduled delivery or additional installation coordination.
• Inspect packages at delivery. Record an unboxing video for televisions and fragile products, and report visible damage, missing items or the wrong product within 48 hours.
• Wall mounting, electrical wiring, civil work, stabilisers, brackets and third-party installation are included only when expressly stated.

Returns, cancellations and warranty

Eligibility, exclusions, evidence, deductions and timelines are governed by the relevant Shipping, Cancellation, Returns & Warranty and Refund policies published on this website. Manufacturer warranty terms may also apply.

Acceptable use and intellectual property

• Do not misuse the website, submit false information, attempt unauthorised access, upload harmful material, scrape protected data or place fraudulent orders.
• BandeviElectronics names, design, text, photographs, product presentation and website content are owned by or licensed to us and may not be reused without permission.

Liability, force majeure and disputes

• We are not responsible for delay or loss caused by carrier disruption, manufacturer recall, power or internet failure, natural events, government action, strikes or circumstances beyond reasonable control.
• To the extent permitted by law, liability relating to an order is limited to the amount received for the affected product. Nothing here limits consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
• These Terms are governed by Indian law. Customers should first contact our grievance desk; mandatory consumer-forum rights remain unaffected.
