How BandeviElectronics collects, uses, shares and protects customer information.

Information we collect
Contact and account data such as name, phone, email, delivery and billing address, login identity and support messages.
Order data such as products, serial numbers, invoices, GST details, delivery status, returns, warranty requests and refunds.
Transaction references and payment status. We do not store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PIN, banking passwords or OTPs.
Device and usage data such as IP address, browser, approximate location, cookies, pages viewed and security logs.
Review data such as rating, written feedback, optional product photographs and the order reference used to confirm a verified purchase.

How we use information
To create accounts, process orders, collect payment, deliver products and provide installation, returns, warranty and customer support.
To send order updates, invoices, security notices and service communications.
To invite customers to submit honest post-delivery reviews, verify purchases, moderate spam and publish approved feedback.
To prevent fraud, protect the website, comply with tax and legal requirements, resolve disputes and improve our catalogue and service.
To send marketing only where permitted; you may opt out of promotional messages while essential order messages continue.

Sharing and service providers
We share only necessary information with payment gateways, delivery partners, manufacturers, authorised service centres, technology and communications providers, professional advisers and government authorities where required for service or law. These parties may independently apply their own privacy terms. If Google Customer Reviews is enabled, the checkout confirmation page offers an optional survey invitation; when a customer opts in, the order ID, email address, delivery country and estimated delivery date are shared with Google so it can send the survey after delivery.

Cookies and analytics
Cookies and similar tools may keep you signed in, remember your cart and preferences, measure traffic, prevent fraud and improve performance. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, product views, cart activity, checkout progress, completed purchases and customer-enquiry actions. Google may process device, browser, approximate-location and interaction data under its own privacy terms. Browser settings can restrict cookies, and Google provides controls for limiting Analytics measurement, but some store features may stop working correctly.

Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to limit unauthorised access, loss, misuse and alteration.
No online system is risk-free. Never share OTPs, CVV, UPI PINs or passwords with our staff or anyone claiming to represent us.

Retention
We retain information only as long as necessary for orders, support, warranty, refunds, tax records, fraud prevention, legal compliance, audits and dispute resolution. Retention periods vary by record type and applicable obligation.

Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable Indian law and record-retention duties, you may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal data, withdraw consent for optional processing, opt out of marketing and raise a grievance. Withdrawal may affect services that require the information.

The store is intended for adults. Orders involving a minor must be placed and managed by a parent, guardian or authorised adult.
