Cancellation Policy

How to cancel an order before dispatch and what happens after shipment begins.

Before dispatch

You may request cancellation before dispatch from your account or through customer support. Cancellation is confirmed only when the order status changes or our team confirms it in writing.

After dispatch

Once an order is dispatched, cancellation may not be possible. You may refuse delivery where permitted, but outward and return shipping or handling charges may be deducted unless the order was cancelled because of our error.

Non-cancellable orders

  • Custom, configured, made-to-order or bulk-procured products may not be cancellable after procurement begins.
  • Installed, activated or registered televisions and opened sealed accessories may be governed by returns or manufacturer warranty instead of cancellation.
  • Flash-sale, clearance and special-order products may have additional conditions shown before purchase.

Seller cancellation

We may cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing error, failed verification, payment risk, delivery restrictions or suspected fraud. Any eligible prepaid amount will be refunded.

Refund after cancellation

Approved prepaid cancellations are refunded to the original payment method under our Refund Policy. Bank or payment-gateway processing begins after our refund is initiated.
