Serviceability and charges
We deliver to serviceable Indian PIN codes. Availability may differ for televisions, fragile goods and remote locations.
Standard delivery is free above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a ₹99 delivery charge unless a product page or promotion states otherwise.
Any special handling, scheduled delivery or installation fee is shown before payment or confirmed with you.

Estimated timelines
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Remote locations, large televisions, sale periods and public holidays may take longer.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Tracking information is provided when available.

Address and contact details
Provide a complete address, correct PIN code and reachable phone number. Address changes after dispatch may not be possible. Re-delivery charges may apply when delivery fails because the address or contact details are incorrect.

Televisions and fragile products
Large televisions may be delivered by a specialist carrier and may require appointment confirmation.
Do not install or power on a visibly damaged product. Photograph the package and product, retain all packaging and contact support immediately.
Where open-box delivery is offered, inspect the item before acknowledging successful delivery.

Delay, loss or failed delivery
If tracking does not update or an order is marked delivered but not received, contact us promptly. We will investigate with the carrier. Replacement or refund is issued only after the carrier and order records are reviewed.

Order inspection deadline
Report transit damage, missing accessories, wrong products or quantity shortages within 48 hours of delivery. An unboxing video and clear photographs help us resolve fragile-electronics claims quickly.
