We specialise in LED bulbs, battens, panels, downlights, decorative and commercial lighting, LED and smart televisions, television accessories and selected home-electronics products.

Do you deliver across India?
We deliver to serviceable Indian PIN codes. Most standard orders arrive within 3–7 business days after dispatch. Large televisions and remote locations may take longer.
How much does delivery cost?
Standard delivery is free above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 carry a ₹99 charge unless a product page, location or promotion states otherwise.
How can I track my order?
Open Track Order and enter your order ID with the registered phone number. Carrier tracking is also shared when available.
Can I cancel an order?
You can request cancellation before dispatch. After dispatch, cancellation may not be possible and return-shipping or handling charges may apply. See the Cancellation Policy for details.
What is the return window?
Eligible products can be requested for return within seven calendar days of delivery. Damage, wrong-item and shortage claims should be reported within 48 hours with photographs and an unboxing video.
Can I return an installed LED light or opened television?
Installed, altered or used lighting normally cannot be returned unless defective. Television issues may require inspection or authorised service verification. Keep all original packaging and accessories.
How are refunds processed?
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 2–5 business days. Banks and payment providers may then take approximately 5–10 business days to credit the original payment method.
What warranty do products include?
Warranty varies by product and manufacturer and is shown on the product page or invoice. Manufacturing defects are generally covered; accidental damage, misuse, voltage fluctuation and unauthorised repair are generally excluded.
Do televisions include installation?
Installation or wall mounting is included only when the product listing or order confirmation says so. Brackets, wiring, civil work and special accessories may cost extra.
Will I receive a GST invoice?
Yes, where applicable. Enter correct GST and billing details before the invoice is generated, because later changes may not be possible.
Are online payments safe?
Payments use approved checkout providers. We do not ask for your CVV, OTP, UPI PIN, banking password or account password. Never share these details with anyone.
Do you support bulk and commercial orders?
Yes. We assist offices, hotels, builders, retailers and institutions with bulk lighting, televisions and project requirements. Call our team with quantities, specifications and delivery location.
